pain in my left shoulder termed as cold shoulder?

while travelling in train in winter i developed pain in my left shoulder ,few prescriptions by dr and no relief now the pain has increased and now it is termed as cold shoulder what are the the remedies and exercises so to subsidises my pain and get permanent cure

Yes it is definitely called "frozen" shoulder and it will take a good 2-3 months of work to correct it. If it is truly frozen shoulder. However, there is a research that shows that chiropractors actually have a faster recovery time than with physical therapy. One other option is that it is not frozen shoulder at all.
